Onings is recognized as a lily specialist, with our main office in Holland offering over 600 varieties to serve customers worldwide, from cool to tropical growing conditions where some varieties grow better than others. At Onings America, our assortment is more focused, tailored specifically for the U.S. market.
Lilies are incredibly easy to grow, but always remember:
LxA Hybrids : Strong, fast-growing, and easy to cultivate. Non-fragrant and an excellent perennial in most climates. Also available in double and pollen-less varieties.
Asiatic Hybrids : Smaller flowers but higher bloom count. Non-fragrant and ideal for vibrant, mass plantings.
Oriental Hybrids : Elegant with large, fragrant blooms. They require warmer minimum night temperatures. Some varieties are available in double and pollen-less forms.
OxT Hybrids : Very strong and highly fragrant, making them perfect for summer production. Large, impressive flowers and an excellent perennial option in Zone 8 and lower.
