Picking stage of an anemone is very important. Cut very early in the morning, when the flower is still closed. Perfect cutting stage is when there is a small gap, of about 1/2" between the foliage collar and the bud. By cutting early and in a closed stage, you can avoid bruising and extend the vase life. Your customer will love it!
